Media Company Devises 'Outsourced' Business Model

With the strain of global competition becoming ever more fierce a relatively new media blog company is having some surprising success through the incorporation of its 'outsourced' business labor model.  BizNicheMedia, although based in the United States, employs workers exclusively from India blurring the lines between American and Indian companies.  By utilizing outsourced labor and combining it with an intimate first-hand knowledge of western business practices, the company is having some extreme successes.  Most interestingly, however, are the questions this raises as to the future of global business.  Because the company's labor base is located almost entirely in India and its management entirely in the United States, the company is breaking new ground in the niche media arena.  Company executive James Hagans has argued that the new trend begun by BizNicheMedia may ultimately compel more mainstream media organizations to follow suit.  Jimandi News reports:

By opting for a web-based submission and payment protocol, we have radically transformed the way in which individuals concieve of niche media productions.  The cost savings available through utilizing such a model are so profound that our move may signal part of a larger industry move in that direction.
